Abby has a decade of experience in the events world – working most recently as the Event Operations Manager for the Rockin’ River Music Fest. Her incredible organizational skills, leadership and creative flair are on full display each summer at this festival, creating memorable experiences for festival goers and touring artists alike.

Her expertise goes beyond festivals & live music events – having served as the Fundraising & Events officer for the Keyano College Foundation. Abby has worked with some of the greatest names in entertainment and sports through everything from arena concerts to black tie galas. Her knowledge of venue setup, creative installations, hospitality services and client management has wowed employers and high end talent at every event.

Abby is as easy to work with as she is qualified for the gig – she adds that little extra something to everything she does.

Becca Hess

Co-Founder & Producer

An industry veteran with a creative edge and a resume wise beyond her years.

Becca was born and raised in the entertainment industry, which has given her a lifetime of experience in all facets of event production. Best known for her role as the Director of Operations for the Rockin’ River Music Fest, Becca has earned her reputation as a producer among industry titans.

Her experience producing a multitude of events over the last two decades has ultimately led to a resume, and a rolodex, that can suit any demand. Though she specializes in live music events and award shows, Becca is equally passionate as an artist. Her ability to balance the operations of each event with her creative vision has led to more than a decade of successful soirees. An award winning producer (BCCMA Industry Person of the Year 2019) and multi-nominated artist, Becca is one of the industry’s top talents to watch – and to work with.

Becca brings a level of professionalism to the table that can only be matched by the too-fun-to-be-called-work ease that comes with it.

Kayla Muileboom

Kayla has proved herself time and time again, coming up through the ranks at the Rockin’ River Music Fest since 2014. She started as a bar manager and has since earned her place as the Head of Hospitality. Known for her energetic personality and incredible work ethic, Kayla handles every task from the mundane to the monstrous with an ease that only comes with the confidence of experience. Working as the Lead Production Assistant directly under the Director of Operations, Kayla handles all of the on site operations pertaining to artists & high end clientele.

Brittany has been a valued member of the industry since 2012 providing tour support and hospitality services at a variety of live music events. With an eye for design and a passionate dedication to her clients, Brittany creates memorable experiences curated down to the last detail. Brittany’s infectious laugh and electric smile resonates with clients, providing professional services in a friendly & fun atmosphere. Brittany works as a Production Assistant at the Rockin’ River Music Fest since 2017, assisting with on site operations pertaining to artists & high end clientele.
